Sometimes there are mistakes in shipping, breakage, or lost packages. Don't worry. Simply contact us and we'll make it right. If the tracking for your order shows that it is delivered, but you don't see your package, be sure to check other doors and your neighbors. Also, sometimes the tracking will update before the package is actually dropped off, so give it an extra day. You also should ask you postage delivery person if they recall delivering the package. No matter the issue, we're here to help.
