These are nice beads. Beads

The bracelets are fine but a really bad experience customer service wise. One of the colors I ordered was out of stock, despite it not being indicated online. Instead of asking me, the seller just sent a different one and wrote on the receipt that it was out of stock and to let them know if I wanted a refund. I messaged them asking for one and was told that it was up to me, they got the one I wanted in so they could send it. I said that was fine. Was told "will do" and then later that they decided to refund and I could order it again if wanted (and pay shipping again). Not once did the seller consider what I was told or wanted and just did whatever they wanted.

These are lovely. They are a bit larger than I expected (looser on the wrist, not the beads!) The colors are true to what shown.
